Dear Editor,
Loni Klettl quoted an important 1946 poem by Martin Niemöller in a letter last week, which I also occasionally like to refer to, although for slightly different issues. Many variations of the poem exist, and here it is again, abbreviated, with my insertions in brackets:
First they came for the Communists, and I did not speak out-
Because I was not a Communist
Then they came for the Socialists…,Trade Unionists…, Jews…, [insert Muslims here]
and I did not speak out-
Because I was not a Socialist…, Trade Unionist…, Jew…, [Muslim]…
Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me
On Jan. 30th Prime Minister Stephen Harper introduced Bill C-51 in the House of Commons. This bill is purportedly all about countering terrorism and improving our security. In reality it will take us ever closer to a fascist totalitarian state where even your thoughts will lead to persecution.
You can be detained by the police if they think you “may commit” a terrorist offence. Big Brother is upon us. George Orwell is surely rolling in his grave now.
From the Prime Minister’s website:
“Although not part of this proposed legislation, we are also working with communities to prevent radicalization and intervene when individuals show signs of becoming radicalized.”
This is double-speak for—if you disagree with our agenda, or publicly question the official narrative on any number of historical or current events, you will be silenced/imprisoned/renditioned—you can fill in the rest.
Hello, are we sleepwalking into this dystopia? We have been lulled into a stupor, blindly believing the deceptions of the Mainstream Mindcontrol Media.
It does not take much digging to discover that most of the terrorist events they tell us about are false-flag. It is time for us to wake up! We need to stop this insanity.
