Jasper hotel named an employer of choice
One of Jasper's hotels is amongst the 2016 recipients of the Employer of Choice Award, handed out annually by the Alberta Hotel and Lodging Association.
Jasper's Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre, along with its counterparts in Edmonton, Peace River and Fort McMurray, received the honour for its excellent human resource practices.
In a press release, Terry Hartz, vice president of operations for the Sawridge Group of Companies, said he's proud of the company's human resources team for ensuring Sawridge hotels are both fun and safe for employees.
For all of our hotels to be recognized as one of the industrys best employers is tremendous as we have put a lot of effort into ensuring our corporate culture of treating people like family is lived out each day.
