Nicole Frechette and Maggie Mckenney had great results at Castle Mountain earlier this winter. Nicole cut loose for a personal best result of fifth and seventh in the Giant Slalom and Maggie collected her third top 10 ribbon for this year.

First year U14 racers are also impressing the crowds. Saje Rayner has been steadily improving his ranking against the 138 Albertan boys, placing in the top 20 for his age group. Expect to see more great runs from Saje in the upcoming Giant Slalom finals.

Walter Ostrander is also performing well in all events, happily pulling off some super results in the difficult Kinder Combis and Slalom.  

Kysa Wadsworth is proving to be a great technical skier and will be a leader next year. Jenna Sillence battled an injury in her last race but is sure to be a contender in the future.

These athletes next trip takes them to Panorama resort for three days of provincial races April 5 to 7. Cheer them on by following along on live timing at .
