More than 30 families laced up their skates and did laps with Santa for the fifth annual Skate with Santa at the Jasper Arena, Nov. 5.聽
The annual event was the first Santas Anonymous fundraiser of the season and according to organizers it was the most successful event yet with more than 75 people in attendance.
Santas Anonymous organizes events throughout the holiday season to raise funds to help nearly 50 families in the community. For more than 20 years, the organization has provided families with a gift and food hamper for Christmas.
