The Barley Kings can claim bragging rights for another year.聽
The A league team took home the winning title for the fourth year in a row at the Jasper Mix Slo-Pitch championships, Aug. 29.
In a tightly fought match, the Kings overcame the Gangsters with a final score of 23-20.
On the other field, the top two B league teams put on a show during their championship game, but in the end the Beavers were victorious, beating the Dusty Clams with a final score of 28-23.
The Beavers were also voted the most sportsmanlike team earning themselves a Texas mickey.
