Parks Canada will be conducting avalanche control work on Wednesday, Feb. 23, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the Icefields Parkway (Highway 93) south of Jasper.
Rolling closures will be in effect at Parker Ridge and delays may last up to two hours.
This comes after significant snowfalls over the past several days.
Parks Canada says avalanche control work reduces the likelihood of natural avalanches, which pose a risk to the travelling public.
