Motorists should expect delays on Moberly Bridge on Maligne Lake Road starting Aug. 30 due to roadway improvement work.
Crews will be repairing and refastening the wooden deck on the bridge that spans the Athabasca River.
There will be single lane alternating traffic between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. daily.
Parks Canada says this schedule is designed to minimize the impact on the travelling public.
Flaggers will be on-site to monitor traffic flow.
Work is scheduled to be completed in a few days and prior to the Labour Day long weekend.
Moberly Bridge connects Highway 16 to Maligne Lake Road, just outside the Jasper townsite.
