With an impressive 94 acting credits to his name Robert Downey Jr. is still appearing in films that have viewers still wanting to see more of his work.
The latest movie that he stars in is Dolittle. The film follows the same formula as all the other Doctor Dolittle movies that have been done in the past.聽 Each film provided plenty of entertainment for the whole family and the newest Dolittle does the same.聽聽
What has always impressed me about Downey is he is a versatile actor and does not shy away from any script thrown at him. I just watched a film called Tuff Turf made in 1985 that he and James Spader starred in and his character is one that had me laughing every time he appeared on the screen.
2020 rolls around and Downey is playing parts that are still fitting his bizarre movie persona. He has played everything from 80鈥檚 rockers, Charles Chaplin, Tony Stark in Iron Man, Sherlock Holmes, and now Doctor Dolittle.
He has had a bumpy ride in the entertainment world but he has always managed to land on his feet. Robert Downey Jr. looks like he will continue to entertain us for years to come and I for one am glad that he has such an incredible drive.
I would think it would be easy to get to a point in an actor's career and quit or just become a mediocre actor. I do not foresee that for Downey and look forward to whatever new character he comes up with.
