Jasper Barley Queens hosted a women’s tournament this weekend with teams from across the province.
Six teams took part this year: our Barley Queens, the Hinton Mustangs, Hinton Bulldogs, Edmonton Hellions, Edmonton Chiefs and Fort Saskatchewan Royals.
Jasper Barley Queens won two of their three group play games, beating the Mustangs and Chiefs on Friday and Saturday.
And in the B final on Sunday, the women won against the Bulldogs 3 - 2 in overtime.
