It’s that time of year to put your shorts and swimsuits away and bring out your plaid and pumpkins.
With Halloween just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about decorating those yards, business windows or your classroom.
For the month of October, Habitat for the Arts is inviting you to trade your plants and turn them into a scarecrow.
When you have your scarecrow all built and set up, take some fun pictures and email them over to [email protected] and you will have the chance to win some great prizes.
There will be two categories your scarecrow can be entered into: Scary or Jasper-y.
When you send over your pictures, mention what category you feel your scarecrow fits best into.
All the prizes will be announced on Nov. 1.
Tell all the birds to watch out, because scarecrows are coming to town.
