Jasper鈥檚 coolest street party was bigger and brighter than ever this year.
The annual ATCO Street Party shut down Patricia Street and parts of Elm Avenue on Saturday night for partygoers to celebrate the peak of Jasper in January.
And this year a huge stage was installed next to the post office to showcase DJs Riki Rocket and The Funk Hunters.
Hundreds of Jasperites and visitors filled the streets to dance the night away, play games, get fed, and have a few drinks at the Chamber of Commerce鈥檚 ice bar.
Entertainment included tabletop curling, a jolly fiddler, maple candy made in snow, and, new for this year, a giant inflatable climbing wall.
And when the clock struck 9 p.m. the masses marched to Centennial Park to watch a spectacular display of fireworks.
