• Jasper Physiotherapy and Health Centre is open and offering virtual rehabilitation. Call 780 852 2262.
• Jasper Chiropractic & Body Care Clinic is open for all types of treatment as of June 1. Call 780-931-2911.
• Jasper Vet Clinic is open for emergency and non routine appointments Mon-Friday from 9am-5pm and accepting phone orders for food/meds/supplies which require 24 hours notice. Clients (humans) are not allowed in the clinic. E-Transfer/credit card accepted over the phone. 780-852-5551

Services

• Jasper Employment & Education Centre is offering virtual programs and services while the Centre is closed to the public. Adult learning opportunities and virtual career and employment services including resume writing and interview prep are available through Google Hangout or Skype. www.jasperemployment.com or call 780-852-4418 ext 1.
• Chamber of Commerce office is closed to the public but open for questions. Email [email protected] or call 780 852 4621.
• Jasper Food Bank  is doing home delivery on Thursday evenings. To set up a delivery, contact Jean Marie by text or phone at 780-931-7081. Leave one message with your name, address and number of people in your household. You will be contacted as soon as possible to make arrangements for drop-off.
• Administration office and Community and Family Services office (including Community Outreach Services) is closed until further notice. Although the Community Outreach Services building is closed, Outreach Workers continue to provide free confidential, non-judgmental support by phone at 780-852-2100.
• Jasper Legion, The Stand Easy, reopens June 2.
• Alpine Summit Seniors Lodge is closed to all non-essential visits. Call the lodge or the Evergreens Foundation if you have any questions or concerns.
• Jasper Elementary, École Desrochers and Jasper Jr/Sr High School are closed indefinitely.
• Wildflowers Childcare and Out of School Care are closed indefinitely.
• Thrift Shop at Jasper United Church is closed until further notice and cannot accept donations at this time.
• Jasper Bottle Depot is open.  If you have 5 bags or more, text 780-887-9343 for appointment.

Recreation and entertainment

Albertans are banned from attending all public recreation facilities and private entertainment facilities, including gyms and swimming pools, museums and art galleries, libraries and community centres.

• Jasper Municipal Library and Cultural Centre  (Jasper Municipal Library, Habitat for the Arts, Jasper Artists Guild and ACFA) is closed until further notice.
• Jasper Fitness and Aquatic Centre and Jasper Activity Centre and Arena are closed until further notice.
• Jasper-Yellowhead Museum and Archives is closed.
• Drop-in sports including volleyball are suspended until further notice.
• Garneau Endurance Training functional fitness classes at Jasper Legion are cancelled.
• Jasper Food Tours resumes operations June 6.
• Jasper Planetarium reopens June 5.
• Chaba Theatre is closed.
• Marmot Basin is closed for the season.
• Jasper SkyTram opens June 1.
• Maligne Lake Cruise opens June 19
• Columbia Icefield Adventure opens June 19
• Columbia Icefield Skywalk opens June 19

Travel

• VIA Rail : The Canadian, which runs from Toronto to Vancouver and vice versa has been cancelled until November.
• VIA's Jasper to Prince George and Prince Rupert train resumes service July 5 with one round trip per week.
• Rocky Mountaineer has delayed  the start of its 2020 travel season.
• Seniors’ bus is cancelled until further notice.

Events

The Alberta government is extending its mass gathering ban to include summer events with more than 15 people. Any smaller event requires attendees to maintain a distance of two metres from one another.
