"We just hope that we've made a difference in the healing of the people of Jasper, and we know that it doesn't happen overnight."

The Jasper Men鈥檚 Shed currently has 13 members and hopes the grand opening will help add names to the membership list while showing the community what they are about.

The staff and executives of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #31 were recognized for helping feed thousands of Jasper evacuees as well as first responders following the 2024 wildfire when residents were re-entering the townsite.

"The Alberta聽Blue Cross聽will be in town on聽Saturday (April 12)聽and would like to donate a limited amount of聽Easter hampers聽to聽seniors in the community."

The Red Cross has been active in Jasper since the wildfire broke out last summer.

For every campaign featured burger purchased, Canada Beef will donate the equivalent of one meal to Food Banks Canada.
