On July 14, 2022, at 10:10 p.m., Hinton RCMP received reports of a possible break and enter to a residence on Maskuta Drive at the Hardisty Creek Village. Police attended and located two individuals inside the residence.

Dear Editor: Policing is one of the most important things the Town of Hinton does, for two reasons. First, protecting citizens from crime is a very basic function of government.

A family medicine physician with enhanced anesthesia skills will be joining the Hinton Medical Clinic on July 1. Dr. Evan Johnson will increase access to surgery and family medical care for residents of Hinton and area.
